I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and I was able to check in early at 1.30pm, a great convenience for me. The room was really nice, with a comfortable mattress and a lovely bathroom with a good shower. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of Romford town center and close to all the transport links in Central Romford. it was conveniently located near the police station, which gave me a sense of security.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. Secondly, the room was well-kept with clean towels provided daily. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to Romford town center and its amenities. this hotel offers good value for money, with basic amenities and a convenient location.
One minor issue that could be improved is the breakfast service. Although the food was delicious, there were a few instances where I had to wait for more eggs and other items to be replenished.

Great location, just a short walking distance to the town center and a lovely park. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious.
The bed was too soft for my liking, it would have been better if it was firmer. my room was located across the road instead of in the main building, a bit inconvenient.

The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. There have been complaints about the bathroom facilities, specifically the positioning of the bath and the poor performance of the showers.
